The Kick-off Ceremony of “Future Leaders in Finance” 2016 Summer Internship Programme was held on 8 June 2016 and we were honoured to have Mr. Vincent Fung, Principal Assistant Secretary of Home Affairs Bureau as the officiating guest. Mr. Cheng Chung Man, Committee Member of Commission on Youth, honorable guests from participating universities and affiliates of Y Society also attended the event and showed support to the students.

To better prepare the interns, we arranged two training sessions on business etiquettes and China Finance on the same day. Special thanks to Ms. Sindy Leung, Associate Director of UBS and Mr. Archie Leung, Vice President of Nomura International (Hong Kong) Ltd. who facilitated the training sessions and shared their valuable experiences.

40 young talents are now ready to start their 6-week internship programme at various top financial institutions, including CITIC Group Corporation, China Investment Corporation, Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Silk Road Fund Company Limited in Beijing, which commences on 15 June 2016.
